mp3DC: AAC file problems

I have an AAC file, where mp3DC displays 2 problems:

1. Wrong duration (1.5 times more then actual).
2. Insane audio level graph.

I prepared a sample (a small (4 MB) part of that file), where you can see these problems.

At the same time almost any smaller part of that sample looks much better in the mp3DC: correct duration and normal graph (usually), or wrong duration and normal graph (rarely).
